Family Managed Care
Our Family Care Program Includes:
- Initial consultation with no cost or obligation
- Develop Family Care Plan and supporting documents for compliance
- Assist Veteran with gathering the necessary information to apply for the VA Aid & Attendance benefit
- Review and submit the completed VA application on a pro bono basis
- Provide you with personal updates throughout the approval process
Activities of Daily Living include:
•meal preparation
•medication reminders
•mobility assistance
•transportation
•grocery shopping
•doctor visits
•companionship
•bathing grooming and dressing
•incontinence care
•light housekeeping and more.
